  • Continuity, LLC (www.continuityfbc.com) – Through Continuity, LLC, Doug Baumoel and Blair Trippe have become one of the leading family business consulting firms that deliver comprehensive strategies that enable enterprising family to thrive together as owners, managers and family members through successive generations. Mr. Davis and Mr. Baumoel have joined in consulting on clients, and Mr. Davis serves as a Continuity, LLC consultant for the mid-Atlantic region.
  • Family Firm Institute (FFI) (www.ffi.org) – FFI is the premier international association of professionals serving family enterprises through family business consulting and wealth management advising.  In 2007, Mr. Davis was named a Fellow by FFI based on his capabilities and demonstrated experience in serving family enterprises.
  • Peter Kohn (p_kohn@verizon.net) – A next generation family business consultant, Mr. Kohn received his Certificate in Family Business Consulting from the Family Firm Institute in 2009. He was raised in a large family business and focuses his consulting on business strategy, leadership succession and marketing. Mr. Kohn and Mr. Davis collaborate in serving clients located in Virginia.
